Chèvre & Chou is ideally located in the village of Le Monastier sur Gazeille in the middle of the Haute-Loire area. The choice to take over the inn formerly named L’auberge des Acacias in 2022 was the big step taken by Cindy Chaussende, the current manager of this new hotel-restaurant.

The team is made up of 2 cooks and 2 hotel employees, we will be delighted to welcome you and provide you the best experience in our restaurant and in our hotel.
